This bill amends the Texas Transportation Code to require toll project entities to include free or discounted use of their toll projects for vehicles associated with accounts of electronic toll collection systems. The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles must maintain a list of eligible individuals and provide necessary information to toll project entities. This act takes effect September 1, 2025.
