Texas HB4123 amends Medicaid provider enrollment revalidation procedures.
Texas HB4123 amends Medicaid provider enrollment revalidation procedures by requiring the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to notify Medicaid providers 120 days before their enrollment period expires. If a provider submits a revalidation application at least 60 days before expiration, the commission must review it for deficiencies. If deficiencies are found, the provider is notified 45 days before expiration and given 10 days to correct them. The commission will complete a full review if the provider corrects the deficiencies.
