Texas HB3925 amends the Health and Safety Code to allow individuals to request contested case hearings for the issuance, renewal, or revocation of authorizations to use standard air quality permits. This provision applies only to applications filed on or after the effective date of the Act, which is September 1, 2025. The contested case hearings are subject to the requirements of Subchapters C through G, Chapter 2001, Government Code, and Section 5.556, Water Code.
