Texas HB3922 amends the Business & Commerce Code to add a new chapter prohibiting the use of environmental, social, or governance scores by businesses operating in the state. These scores, which measure a customer's exposure to long-term environmental, social, and governance risks, cannot be assigned to individuals or families residing in Texas.
