This bill amends the Texas Election Code to require registrars to specify which sections of a voter registration application resulted in rejection. When providing a reason for rejection, registrars must identify the specific sections that were incomplete, improperly filled out, or contained information identifying the applicant as ineligible to vote. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
