Exempts materials used in trapping feral hogs from sales and use taxes in Texas.

The bill amends the Texas Tax Code to exempt certain materials used in trapping feral hogs from sales and use taxes. Specifically, it adds feral hog traps, including box traps, corral traps, or cage traps, and tangible personal property used to create a feral hog trap to the list of items exempt from these taxes. The change in law does not affect tax liability accruing before the effective date of this Act. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
