Texas HB3484 amends the Government Code to allow agreements between border municipalities to be memorialized by reciprocal ordinances or ordinances in substantially similar language. It also allows municipalities to extend the provisions of such agreements to contracts that predate the enactment of this chapter by joint resolution. Additionally, the bill amends Chapter 763 to deem facilities, services, infrastructure, or other real property within 30 miles of the border municipality as eligible for state funding and financing.
