Texas HB3350 amends the Special District Local Laws Code to change how vacancies on the Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District board are filled. If a vacancy occurs, it must be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. The new director will serve the remainder of the unexpired term. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
