Texas HB3329 amends the Parks and Wildlife Code to waive the fee for an annual combination hunting and fishing license for honorably discharged veterans of the United States armed services who are 65 years old or older. The waiver applies to licenses issued on or after the effective date of the Act, which is September 1, 2025. The Parks and Wildlife Department is not required to issue refunds for licenses issued before the effective date.
