Texas HB328 amends the Local Government Code to allow the commissioners court of a county with a population of more than 370,000, bordering the Gulf of Mexico, and adjacent to a county with a population of more than 3.3 million to establish additional minimum infrastructure standards for manufactured home rental communities. These standards may include reasonable lot or space size requirements, road width requirements based on lot or space density, and ingress and egress access requirements based on lot or space density.
