Texas HB327 amends Section 211.006 of the Local Government Code to exempt properties with developments that have applied for or received tax credits under Chapter 2306, Subchapter DD, Government Code, from certain zoning requirements. The bill takes effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote from all members elected to each house, otherwise it takes effect September 1, 2025.
