Texas HB3181 amends the Family Code to modify court orders for child possession and access. The bill requires courts to order additional periods of possession or access to compensate for denial of court-ordered possession or access. If the person denying possession or access has previously been found in contempt of court, the additional periods must be twice the duration of the periods denied.
