This bill amends the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow applicants for hunting or fishing licenses to donate to the operation game thief fund. Applicants can choose to donate $1, $5, $10, or $20. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department must include space on the license application for these donations and provide an online option. The department must deposit these donations into the fund by the 14th of each month, after deducting reasonable administrative expenses. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
