Modifies the Education Code to allow public institutions to consider alternative assessment scores for undergraduate admissions. It permits admission to students who completed a specific curriculum or met certain benchmarks on the ACT, SAT, or Classic Learning Test. The changes apply starting with the 2026 fall semester.
