This bill amends the Education Code and Government Code to provide tuition and fee assistance for certain members of the Texas military forces at postsecondary educational institutions. Assistance may be awarded for undergraduate or graduate courses, including vocational or technical courses. The amount of assistance is limited to the available funding.
