This bill amends the Special District Local Laws Code to exempt public water supply wells from regulation, permitting, or metering by the Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District. The exemption also applies to domestic wells and those used for conventional farming and ranching activities. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
