Texas HB2793 amends the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow mixed beverage permit holders to sell wine and malt beverages for consumption on their premises. It also permits individuals to bring their own wine onto the premises and consume it there. Additionally, permit holders can charge a corkage fee for wine consumed on the premises. The bill takes effect September 1, 2025.
