HB2541 amends the Parks and Wildlife Code to waive state park fees for holders of state parklands passports and their immediate family members. Eligible passport holders include residents aged 65 and over, honorably discharged veterans, active military members, survivors of deceased service members, and individuals with physical or mental impairments. The waiver also applies to the vehicle of the passport holder or their family member when a vehicle entrance fee is charged. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
