Texas HB2457 designates a portion of U.S. Highway 287 in Wilbarger County between County Road 111 and County Road 132 East as the Molly Mullens Memorial Highway. The Texas Department of Transportation is tasked with designing and constructing markers to indicate this designation and erecting them at each end of the highway and at appropriate intermediate sites. The designation is in addition to any other existing designation. The act takes effect September 1, 2025.
