Allows voters unable to enter a polling place to request a ballot delivery.
This bill amends the Texas Election Code to allow voters who are physically unable to enter a polling place without assistance, have legal custody of a child under 12, or are the primary caretaker of a dependent person to request a ballot delivery. An election officer must deliver the ballot to the voter at the polling place entrance or curb. This change takes effect September 1, 2025.
