Texas HB1950 amends the Code of Criminal Procedure to establish the consolidated municipal court building security and technology fund. This fund is located in the municipal court treasury and consists of money allocated under Section 134.103, Local Government Code. The fund can only be used for purposes authorized under Article 102.017(b) or (c) for use of a municipal court technology fund or Article 102.0172(b) for use of a municipal court technology fund. The fund is administered by or under the direction of the governing body of the municipality.
