Texas HB1926 amends the Texas Property Code to allow meetings of condominium unit owners' associations and property owners' associations to be held by any method of communication, including electronic and telephonic means. It also allows voting to be conducted electronically and permits meetings of the board to be held by any method of communication. The bill specifies that a property owners' association is not required to provide an owner with more than one voting method, which must be either an absentee ballot, a proxy, or an electronic ballot. The changes take effect September 1, 2025.
