Exempts certain boilers in medical equipment and autoclaves from registration and inspection requirements.

This bill amends the Health and Safety Code to exempt certain boilers from registration and inspection requirements. Exempted boilers include those owned or operated by the federal government, pressure vessels or process steam generators, manually fired miniature boilers used for hobby purposes, boilers designed for atmospheric pressure operation, steam cookers, espresso machines, boilers in FDA-regulated medical devices, and unfired pressure vessels in autoclaves. The exemptions take effect September 1, 2025.
