The bill amends the Medicaid managed care program to require the commission to review and identify types of providers for which a Medicaid managed care organization must establish and implement an expedited credentialing process. If a state agency determines a federal waiver or authorization is necessary for implementation, it may delay the provision until granted. The act takes effect September 1, 2025.
