Requires certain taxing units to publish ad valorem tax-related information summaries and URLs in newspapers of general circulation.

This bill amends the Tax Code to require designated officers or employees of certain taxing units to publish summaries of ad valorem tax-related information and the corresponding URL on their websites in newspapers of general circulation in each county where the taxing unit is located. This requirement applies by August 7 or as soon thereafter as practicable. The bill exempts taxing units located wholly or partly in counties with a population of one million or more, or those not located in counties with a newspaper of general circulation.
