Texas HB1746 amends the Occupations Code to authorize the Texas Real Estate Commission to establish standards for the approval of qualifying educational programs and courses of study in real estate and real estate inspection. This applies to programs and courses offered in the state, excluding those offered by public high schools and accredited colleges and universities.
