Texas HB1352 requires each law enforcement agency to adopt a policy on discharging firearms at or in the direction of moving vehicles. The policy must prohibit such actions unless the officer reasonably believes it is necessary to protect themselves or others from unlawful deadly force by vehicle occupants. The law takes effect September 1, 2025.
