This bill amends the Texas Government Code to establish that the compensation for sales agents selling state lottery tickets must be at least 7.5% of the retail price of the tickets sold. Additionally, the director or lottery operator may provide an incentive bonus based on sales volume, winning ticket redemption, or other objectives. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
