Resolution to honor the memory of Carmon Thomas Hooper III of Brownsville.

This resolution honors the memory of Carmon Thomas Hooper III, a dedicated public servant, lawyer, and community leader from Brownsville. Hooper served in the Tennessee House of Representatives, on the Haywood County Commission, and as County Attorney. He co-founded First Federal Savings and Loan and maintained a solo law practice for decades. Hooper also served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Rotary Club of Brownsville.
