Proposing an amendment to the Tennessee Constitution to recognize the right to save and exchange seeds and to acquire and consume food of one's own.

This bill proposes an amendment to Article XI of the Tennessee Constitution to recognize the natural, inherent, and unalienable right of all individuals to save and exchange seeds and to acquire and consume the food of their own choosing, provided they do not trespass, commit theft, poaching, or abuse private property rights, public lands, or natural resources.
