Proposing an amendment to the Tennessee Constitution to allow bingo games for charitable, nonprofit, or community service purposes.

This bill proposes an amendment to Article XI, Section 5 of the Tennessee Constitution to allow bingo games for charitable, nonprofit, or community service purposes. The games must be conducted by tax-exempt 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) organizations. The amendment will be referred to the next General Assembly and published on the Secretary of State's and General Assembly's websites.
