Resolution to honor Crossett Franklin, Sr. for his life of service and integrity.

The Tennessee General Assembly honors Crossett Franklin, Sr., a devoted public servant, dedicated family man, and respected community member. Born in Memphis in 1950, Franklin graduated from Hamilton High School and earned degrees in political science and public administration from the University of Memphis. He served Tennessee for 35 years as a business accounts and tax auditor and worked as a realtor and investor for over four decades. Franklin was known for his integrity, probity, compassion, and dedication. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings, and many relatives.
