Peer Power, founded in 2004, has provided over 1.2 million hours of tutoring and mentoring, employed more than 2,000 students as Success Coaches, and helped students achieve a 91 percent graduation rate, surpassing the district average. The organization has also contributed to academic growth in 92 percent of the schools it serves, demonstrating measurable success.
