The bill creates the office of County Road Superintendent in Obion County, Tennessee, responsible for building and maintaining county roads. The Superintendent will also act as the purchasing agent for the department, proposing budgets and making expenditures from the highway fund. The office requires approval by a two-thirds vote of the county legislative body and will become effective upon such approval.
