This bill amends Tennessee's education funding by increasing the base student funding to $50,290 for the 2026-2027 school year and each subsequent year. It also sets the weighted allocation for students in concentrated poverty at 10%. Additionally, it establishes a Tennessee middle college scholarship of $2,060 per semester for full-time students starting in the 2026-2027 academic year. The changes take effect July 1, 2026.
