This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated to extend the duration of personal rights protections from ten years to one hundred years. It modifies the time frame in Title 8, Chapter 3; Title 47, Chapter 25 and Title 47, Chapter 18. The changes will take effect on July 1, 2026.
