SB2632 amends Tennessee Code by modifying Section 44-15-115 to include a new subsection requiring the commissioner to report annually on fees, fines, and proceeds from the sale of seized properties to the Senate Energy, Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee and the House committee with jurisdiction over agriculture. This act is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
