Draft Text

Tennessee SB2606 amends agriculture code to allow hay equipment program applicants to receive a machine instead of a grant.

Tennessee SB2606 amends the Tennessee agricultural enhancement program to allow applicants to receive a round hay baling machine from the Department of Agriculture instead of purchasing one and applying for a cost-share grant.
