This bill amends Tennessee Code to increase the maximum allowable amount of honey that can be transported without a permit from one hundred fifty gallons to eight hundred thirty-five gallons. This change applies to both Title 44, Chapter 15 and Title 53. The amendment takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
