Tennessee SB2577 amends state laws to prohibit contracts with disciplined pharmacy benefits managers.

Tennessee SB2577 amends state laws to prohibit state departments, agencies, entities, and the bureau of TennCare from contracting with pharmacy benefits managers who have been disciplined by the department of finance and administration or the department of commerce and insurance. The prohibition applies to contracts entered into, amended, or renewed on or after July 1, 2026.
