Tennessee SB2468 amends the criminal code to require a fine for offenses occurring at houses of worship, in addition to any other sentence. The fine must be at least twice the amount of property damage, loss, or cleaning and restoration expenses incurred by the house of worship. This act takes effect July 1, 2026.
