Tennessee SB2421 amends Title 55 to require reporting on motorcycle rider education program participation and fund usage.

Tennessee SB2421 amends Title 55 to mandate that the chairs of the transportation and safety committee of the senate and the committee of the house of representatives having jurisdiction over transportation matters report on the number of persons who participated in the motorcycle rider education program over the last three years and the types of expenses for which the funds in the motorcycle rider safety fund were used over the last three fiscal years. This act takes effect upon becoming a law.
