AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 18; Title 29, Chapter 39 and Title 63, Chapter 6, Part 11, relative to civil actions.

As introduced, directs the administrative office of the courts to report on whether the limit on the compensation for noneconomic damages and catastrophic loss or injury should be raised and, if so, their recommendations; requires the report to be submitted to the chair of the judiciary committee of the senate and the chair of the house of representatives having jurisdiction over civil-related matters on or before January 1, 2027, - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 18; Title 29, Chapter 39 and Title 63, Chapter 6, Part 11.
