SB2384 amends Tennessee Code to allow parents to opt their children out of firearm safety instruction by providing written notice to the school principal. The bill also expands the roles of school counselors, psychologists, and social workers by modifying the language in the relevant statute. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
