Tennessee SB2368 requires the state treasurer to use existing resources to study how neighboring states fund gender transition procedures. The study aims to identify any restrictions these states have on public funding for such procedures. The findings must be compiled into a report and sent to the chief clerks of the senate and house of representatives, as well as the legislative librarian, by December 31, 2026. The report can be published and transmitted electronically.
