Tennessee SB2293 amends state laws to regulate vapor products, including electronic cigarettes and cigars, and defines consumable material. The bill modifies the definition of "vapor product" to include noncombustible products that contain consumable material and employ a mechanical heating element, battery, electronic circuit, or other mechanism. It also updates the definition of "consumable material" to mean a liquid nicotine solution or analogue intended for use in vapor products.
