If a business entity blacklists a small business, it must provide notice within 24 hours, including an explanation of the action, information on how to remedy it, and contact information for resolution. A small business can bring a cause of action in court if the business entity fails to comply, seeking actual damages, punitive damages, and reasonable court costs and attorney fees. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
