Tennessee SB2221 amends ambulance fees and extends the effective date of certain provisions.

Tennessee SB2221 modifies the fee structure for ambulances by changing the daily penalty from a flat $50 to five percent of the principal amount owed per month. It also extends the effective date of certain provisions from June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027. This act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
