Amends Tennessee Code to require monthly work release program reports to sentencing judges.

Amends Tennessee Code to require the warden of the workhouse to file a monthly report with the sentencing judge regarding each prisoner in the work release program. The report must detail the prisoner's conduct and financial achievement. This act takes effect upon becoming law.
