Tennessee SB2123 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 9; Title 28 and Title 29, to clarify that statutes of limitation apply to the state and its political subdivisions, unless otherwise expressly provided. The act takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies to causes of action accruing on or after that date.
